- Days 8–10 (business days from order): Author receives a reminder email (“Action required: ship orders within 10 business days”); ops team receives a digest
- Day 10+ (business days): Unshipped physical orders are automatically cancelled with a full refund to the buyer
- A fulfillment strike is recorded against the workspace
- Preorders are excluded until their release date
- Orders with any partial shipping are excluded from auto-cancel
