- Triggered when a checkout has been pending payment for 24 hours with the buyer’s email captured
- The stale order is automatically cancelled and an Abandoned Cart record is created with:
- Buyer email, name (if available)
- Items in the cart (snapshot)
- Subtotal and total
- Abandoned timestamp

- Filterable list (All, Not followed up, Followed up)
- Per-cart Follow Up dialog with notes textarea and “Mark followed up” action
What it does NOT do today
- No automated recovery email — follow-up is manual outreach
