Automatically emails subscribers when an author publishes a new blog post — no manual “send the newsletter” step.How it works
- Author publishes a blog post with the “Send notification” toggle on
- Email includes the post title, excerpt, and link
- Sent to readers in the workspace who are flagged as blog subscribers and are active
- One notification per post — already-sent posts aren’t sent again on edit
- Subscribers opt in via the blog subscribe form or by checking the box during mailing list signup
- Workspace-wide opt-out still blocks blog notifications
