Who this is for

Authors managing their reader relationships at scale.

Overview

A searchable, sortable, filterable table of every person connected to the author’s workspace — mailing list subscribers, ARC readers, buyers, beta readers, editors, and team members.

How it works

Columns shown

  • Email
  • Marketing emails: Yes / No (consent state)
  • Books assigned and reader type per book (ARC, Beta, Editor, Ebook buyer, etc.)
  • Goodreads review activity
  • Date joined the workspace
  • When filtering to exactly one book, book-specific custom fields become visible columns
Search: name, email, and book title in one search box

Filters

  • Marketing consent (yes/no)
  • Book assignment (multi-select)
Sort: email, date joined; ascending or descending

Bulk actions

  • Enroll selected readers in an email cadence (with optional book context if the cadence uses book variables)
  • Export to CSV
  • Delete readers

Import existing contacts

  • Upload a CSV (max 2 MB)
  • Required column: email
  • Optional built-in columns: first_name, last_name, instagram_handle, and shipping address fields (shipping_street1 through shipping_country)
  • Any active workspace custom field becomes a recognized column (keyed by the field key)
  • Import is atomic — if any row fails validation, no rows are imported and the author sees a row-by-row error list
  • Duplicate emails within the CSV are rejected
  • Existing readers are matched by email and updated; new ones are created
  • Sample CSV download available

State persistence: Filters and sort persist across the session.
