## How it works

### Date-range cards

* **Gross sales** for the selected period
* **Net sales** for the selected period — author earnings after platform fees, processing fees, and shipping adjustments
* **Orders** count and average order value
* **Abandoned carts** awaiting follow-up
* **Open refund requests** needing decision
* **Current payout balance** ready to withdraw
