# Fulfillment SLA & Reminders

## Overview

Automated reminders and enforcement to keep physical orders moving.

## How it works

* **Days 8–10 (business days from order):** Author receives a reminder email ("Action required: ship orders within 10 business days"); ops team receives a digest
* **Day 10+ (business days):** Unshipped physical orders are **automatically cancelled with a full refund** to the buyer
* A **fulfillment strike** is recorded against the workspace
* **Preorders** are excluded until their release date
* Orders with any partial shipping are excluded from auto-cancel

## **Why:** Protects buyer experience and platform reputation.
