# Order Confirmation & Digital Downloads

> Buyers who just completed payment.

## Who this is for

Buyers who just completed payment.

### What it shows

* Thank-you message with order number
* **Digital downloads:** Download buttons for any ebook or audiobook in the order — work immediately, no waiting
* **Physical items:** Shipping confirmation appears once the author marks the package shipped; tracking number with a Track Package link once available
* **Order summary:** items, subtotal, discount, shipping, tax, total
* **Resend confirmation email** form if the buyer needs another copy
* **Account prompt:** If the buyer checked out as guest, a prompt to create an account so they can access order history later

## **Status polling:** The confirmation page refreshes order status until the order reaches a terminal state.
