## Overview

A public page on the author site where readers create an account and join the audience.

## How it works

* URL: `/authors/{workspace-slug}/join` on cabinspress.com, or `/join` on a custom domain
* Reader signs in or creates an account
* Form collects email plus any workspace custom fields marked "show in public signup"
* Marketing consent checkbox
* Optional **book association** — if the link came from a book-specific signup link, the new audience member is linked to that book
* New audience members appear immediately in the Audience CRM
