# Cadence List

Authors managing all their email campaigns from one place.

## Overview

Lists every cadence in the workspace with status and quick actions.

## How it works

* Create, duplicate, activate, pause, or delete cadences
* Search by name
* **Duplicate** copies all templates into a fresh cadence — the easiest way to start a new campaign
* **Workspace settings dialog** controls:
  * **Email rate limit per hour** (1–10,000, or unlimited) — protects sender reputation by capping sends across all cadences combined
  * **Gmail sending** integration setup

### Cadence-level settings

* Name, description
* Active / paused
* **Message type:** Marketing or Transactional (see below)
* Timezone (defaults to browser timezone at creation)
* Business hours window (default 9:00–17:00)
* Exclude weekends toggle (default ON)
* Start date (cadence cannot send before this)
* Gmail send toggle
