# Book Readers Management

Authors running ARC, beta, or editor programs on a per-book basis.

The control center for everyone reading or reviewing a specific book.

## How it works

### Reader list per book

* Email, name, reader type, custom field answers, and ARC download status (downloaded/not downloaded, with count and date when downloaded)
* Filters can narrow the list to downloaded ARC readers or not-downloaded ARC readers, using the same server-side result set as pagination
* **Reader types:** ARC, Beta, Editor, Ebook (digital reader access)
* Per-reader ARC download link generation (copy to clipboard)
* Remove readers when the program ends

### Adding readers

* **Add existing workspace reader** — pick from the audience CRM
* **Create new reader by email** — generates a workspace license and adds them to this book
* **Bulk select** for cadence enrollment

## **Per-reader custom field editing** — book-level custom fields filled in by the reader or the author.
